Join me at Montrose Harbor for this 45-minute “most levels” class that incorporates cardio tabatas with body-weight strength moves and a phenomenal view. No equipment required, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat, chair, or anything else you’d like to support your body.

What should I wear? Please dress for the weather, and I recommend wearing a top that is comfortable and high impact for your chest tissue. Athletic footwear of any kind should be appropriate.
