Increase your muscular endurance and strength with this express strength class. This is a “most-levels” class great for a quick guided strength circuit.

Equipment Needed: A chair (preferably without arms), a set of weights between 5 lbs - 10 lbs, a yoga mat, or a comfy floor area.
