As a weight-inclusive fitness professional, my classes are a safe space for Queer, BIPOC, and Fat folks. We focus on functional movement and body respect in each class.

Express Strength (30 min)

Pilates Step Fusion (45 min)
Get your heart pumping, and increase your strength and balance, with Pilates Step Fusion! Inspired by the principles of mat pilates and step aerobics, this class will take participants through aerobic exercise on a step and through strength training on the mat, using gravity and your own body’s resistance.

WIND 6th Annual Virtual Spring Symposium
This three-day event will explore a variety of topics including but not limited to: grassroots activism by WIND members and practitioners, sharing how they launched social impact initiatives; research reviews and clinical applications of new information; and exploring topics like gender identity and movement from new lenses.

Groove & Grow: A Galentine’s Celebration (60 mins)
Join us for a 30-minute dance cardio class taught by Paige Jordan, followed by a short guided reflection. This virtual event will take place on Zoom and is $20 per person. 25% of the profit will be donated to Free Root Operation, a Chicago-based non-profit that addresses the root causes of gun violence through wellness programming, cultural activations, and a method of critical care, which are substantiated by research centering community wisdom.
