As a weight-inclusive fitness professional, my classes are a safe space for Queer, BIPOC, and Fat folks. We focus on functional movement and body respect in each class.

Equipment Needed: A chair (preferably without arms), a set of weights between 5 lbs - 10 lbs, a yoga mat, or a comfy floor area.
